Como ele bem definiu, a motiva\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o \u00e9 algo permanente. Se n\u00e3o for cuidada e nutrida, seca. O ideal ser\u00e1 que as organiza\u00e7\u00f5es encontrem formas de continuamente motivar as suas equipas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cada vez mais a procura de equil\u00edbrio entre a vida pessoal e profissional \u00e9 uma quest\u00e3o cr\u00edtica a ter em conta na escolha das estrat\u00e9gias que favorecem o processo cont\u00ednuo de desenvolvimento pessoal e profissional.&nbsp;<br><br><strong>Como \u00e9 que o desenvolvimento pessoal pode ajudar as empresas a aumentar o bem-estar das equipas?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As atividades profissionais di\u00e1rias ocupam grande parte do nosso tempo de vigilia. Se o ambiente profissional \u00e9 o local onde o trabalhador dedica todo esse tempo e coloca as suas energias em prol do crescimento de uma empresa, devemos dar-lhe condi\u00e7\u00f5es favor\u00e1veis para que se sinta bem. Nessa perspetiva, a estimula\u00e7\u00e3o do bem-estar no trabalho \u00e9 fundamental.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Implementar estrat\u00e9gias e ac\u00e7\u00f5es capazes de promover o bem-estar no trabalho s\u00e3o factores que tendem a ter impactos positivos na maneira como os colaboradores se sentem e percecionam as organiza\u00e7\u00f5es. Saber o que gera felicidade nas atividades profissionais \u00e9 importante porque possibilita o direcionamento das estrat\u00e9gias e das a\u00e7\u00f5es em busca de um ambiente de trabalho mais saud\u00e1vel e prazeroso.<br><br><strong>1.<\/strong><strong>Gostar daquilo que se faz:<\/strong>&nbsp;o facto de n\u00e3o gostar do que se faz, pode tornar-se um tipo de avers\u00e3o, que pode ter consequ\u00eancias mais s\u00e9rias. Esse racioc\u00ednio \u00e9 totalmente v\u00e1lido para o ambiente de trabalho.&nbsp;<br>Quem faz o que gosta, em geral, \u00e9 mais competente, aplicado, cuidadoso e proactivo, assim como tende a ter maior motiva\u00e7\u00e3o para trabalhar.<br><br><strong>2. Gest\u00e3o do Tempo:&nbsp;<\/strong>quem tem a oportunidade de organizar a sua agenda di\u00e1ria, fica mais \u00e0 vontade para estruturar as suas ac\u00e7\u00f5es de acordo com as exig\u00eancias da empresa e conforme as suas pr\u00f3prias necessidades. \nObviamente essa autonomia exige maturidade dos colaboradores, que t\u00eam que ser capazes de elencar as prioridades e distribuir de maneira adequada o seu tempo.<br>A gest\u00e3o de tempo estimula consideravelmente o bem-estar dos colaboradores, pois d\u00e1-lhes a oportunidade de conciliar os seus diversos afazeres cotidianos. Essa organiza\u00e7\u00e3o favorece a estrutura\u00e7\u00e3o da vida profissional de maneira din\u00e2mica, sem deixar de considerar as necessidades  dos colaboradores.&nbsp;<br><br><strong>3.
