H\u00e1 pouco tempo, encontrei o Miguel numa palestra na Universidade da sua cidade. Ele \u00e9 um excelente funcion\u00e1rio com muito boas avalia\u00e7\u00f5es, que acaba de assumir uma nova posi\u00e7\u00e3o como l\u00edder de equipa na empresa de cria\u00e7\u00e3o de conte\u00fados onde trabalha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Foi um novo desafio para ele e, apesar de estar feliz e sentir-se realizado, confessou ter come\u00e7ado a duvidar das suas capacidades e do seu valor como chefe de equipa quando chegou a esta posi\u00e7\u00e3o de lideran\u00e7a. Devido a isso, come\u00e7ou a entrar num sistema de micro-gest\u00e3o, para poder sentir que o seu trabalho acrescentava valor \u00e0 empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Esta \u00e9 uma situa\u00e7\u00e3o muito comum, quando os l\u00edderes continuam a fazer trabalho individual a fim de controlar cada passo do processo. Acabam por trabalhar no sentido de deixarem a sua marca como respons\u00e1veis pelos resultados da equipa, ao mesmo tempo que sentem a press\u00e3o de terem um bom desempenho e de provarem o seu valor aos seus superiores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Agora que assumiu uma posi\u00e7\u00e3o de lideran\u00e7a, sente-se menos produtivo?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Empatia<\/strong>seja gentil consigo mesmo, as suas capacidades profissionais trouxeram-no ao lugar onde se encontra neste momento e o seu trabalho como gestor \u00e9 ajudar os membros da sua equipa a crescer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Lideran\u00e7a Situacional:<\/strong>preste aten\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 forma como comunica com cada membro da sua equipa, e seja flex\u00edvel, adaptando-se \u00e0s necessidades de cada um. O seu desafio \u00e9 continuar a seguir adiante. No entanto, os seus colaboradores precisam de se sentir claros e confiantes sobre a estrat\u00e9gia e direc\u00e7\u00e3o da empresa e da sua pr\u00f3pria lideran\u00e7a.<br><br><strong>Envolvimento:<\/strong>a sua equipa estar\u00e1 mais empenhada quando definir objectivos que consigam atingir, e tenha um prop\u00f3sito para os inspirar. Como l\u00edder, a sua fun\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 informar a sua equipa e identificar claramente o caminho a seguir.
