Os \u00faltimos dois anos t\u00eam sido desafiantes, mas o crescimento implica desafios! A adversidade faz-nos querer melhorar e repensar as nossas estrat\u00e9gias \u2013 desde que estejamos dispostos a mudar.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Aqui est\u00e3o 12 das minhas dicas favoritas para ser bem-sucedido(a) no local de trabalho.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>12. Veja a incerteza pelo que ela \u00e9<\/strong> N\u00e3o controlamos tudo, precisamos de desenvolver a confian\u00e7a e acreditar que as coisas correr\u00e3o como deveriam: ou seja, de <strong>confiar  <\/strong>que as pessoas certas e as oportunidades vir\u00e3o ter connosco na hora certa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>11.<\/strong> <strong>Crie Consci\u00eancia<\/strong> Se \u00e9 gestor(a) numa organiza\u00e7\u00e3o, provavelmente tem pessoas subordinadas a si. Essas pessoas, estejam cientes disso ou n\u00e3o, est\u00e3o constantemente a tentar imitar os seus comportamentos e o seu processo de tomada de decis\u00e3o. Voc\u00ea est\u00e1 a definir a cultura da sua empresa nesse mesmo instante! Para mudar os comportamentos negativos e substitu\u00ed-los por outros mais positivos e produtivos, precisamos de <strong>criar consci\u00eancia <\/strong> em toda a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o e promover a mudan\u00e7a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><strong>10. Implemente programas de gest\u00e3o da mudan\u00e7a <\/strong> Ajude os seus colaboradores a passar pelos programas e iniciativas de gest\u00e3o da mudan\u00e7a e a chegarem \u201cao outro lado\u201d de forma aberta, confiante e poderosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><strong>9. Crie uma boa cultura de empresa <\/strong>   Antes de implementar programas e iniciativas de gest\u00e3o da mudan\u00e7a, avalie a sua cultura, quantifique o impacto real da sua cultura actual e identifique o que est\u00e1 a causar a disfun\u00e7\u00e3o. A partir desse conhecimento, j\u00e1 pode definir iniciativas e programas que ser\u00e3o mais eficazes e gerar\u00e3o resultados reais. Comece por fazer um diagn\u00f3stico da sua cultura actual, para ver o que est\u00e1 a fazer bem e o que precisa de mudar. N\u00e3o se toma um rem\u00e9dio antes de saber qual \u00e9 a doen\u00e7a, certo?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><strong>8. Encontre o seu prop\u00f3sito <\/strong> Quando as pessoas ganham clareza sobre o seu Prop\u00f3sito, come\u00e7am a tomar decis\u00f5es que lhes trazem mais realiza\u00e7\u00e3o e alegria. Encontrar o seu <strong>Prop\u00f3sito<\/strong> pode ser um dos melhores investimentos da sua vida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7.<\/strong> <strong>Mude a abordagem cl\u00e1ssica de resolver problemas para co-criar o futuro<\/strong>O papel do gestor precisa de mudar para se tornar um \u201ccoach\u201d. Cada vez mais executivos est\u00e3o a perceber a necessidade de se afastarem da pr\u00e1tica tradicional de \u201cdirec\u00e7\u00e3o e controlo\u201d e de criarem espa\u00e7o para as pessoas experimentarem e aprenderem, ao mesmo tempo que lhes \u00e9 dada orienta\u00e7\u00e3o e apoio ao longo do caminho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><strong>6. Obtenha clareza sobre como a cultura da sua empresa est\u00e1 a influenciar o seu neg\u00f3cio  <\/strong> Quando se trata de criar uma boa cultura empresarial, n\u00e3o existe uma \u201csolu\u00e7\u00e3o \u00fanica\u201d. Note, cada empresa tem seu pr\u00f3prio ADN e isso precisa de ser considerado em qualquer crescimento ou transforma\u00e7\u00e3o. Deve ter em conta a cultura actual da sua empresa ao planear os seus programas e iniciativas de transforma\u00e7\u00e3o cultural. Esta \u00e9 a \u00fanica maneira de criar <strong>harmonia, aceita\u00e7\u00e3o <\/strong>e at\u00e9 mesmo <strong>entusiasmo<\/strong> pela mudan\u00e7a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. Aumente a frequ\u00eancia do seu feedback<\/strong> As suas equipas precisam de saber como est\u00e3o a sair-se, para n\u00e3o terem surpresas. As an\u00e1lises de desempenho feitas apenas duas vezes por ano ou, pior ainda, uma vez por ano, n\u00e3o d\u00e3o suporte a um neg\u00f3cio bem-sucedido. Desenvolver os seus gestores para melhorar as suas compet\u00eancias de lideran\u00e7a \u00e9 crucial nestes novos tempos. Os gestores precisam de envolver melhor o seu pessoal, para que a produtividade possa acompanhar o ritmo desejado. O feedback \u00e9 muito bom; na verdade, \u00e9 imperativo. <strong>D\u00ea feedback e pe\u00e7a feedback. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><strong>4. Traga Perspectiva <\/strong>Evite levar as cr\u00edticas para o lado pessoal. Tenha uma abordagem sist\u00e9mica<\/strong>  Tem que ter em considera\u00e7\u00e3o todos os stakeholder e as din\u00e2micas destes entre si, consigo e com a sua empresa. E, para conseguir potenciar o que tem de \u00fanico, precisa de conhecer-se e aceitar quem \u00e9.
