Por conseguinte, \u00e9 apenas natural que queira estabelecer rela\u00e7\u00f5es felizes e duradouras com todos eles. Esta \u00e9, na verdade, a derradeira ambi\u00e7\u00e3o de qualquer empresa de sucesso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lidar com os clientes \u00e9 normalmente uma responsabilidade do front-office, apoiado pelos departamentos de marketing, comunica\u00e7\u00e3o e vendas. E se eu lhe dissesse que a boa experi\u00eancia dos clientes come\u00e7a na equipa de lideran\u00e7a da sua empresa?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Porqu\u00ea? Vejamos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1.<\/strong><br>Os l\u00edderes ainda prestam pouca aten\u00e7\u00e3o ao que as equipas de front-office t\u00eam a dizer. Estas equipas sentem-se frequentemente desencorajadas de partilhar os seus pensamentos, porque n\u00e3o se sentem suficientemente valorizados ou \u00e0 vontade. Resultado? Clientes insatisfeitos. As equipas de front-office que lidam com os clientes 24 horas por dia, 7 dias por semana, recebem informa\u00e7\u00e3o importante numa base di\u00e1ria (desejos, sonhos e reclama\u00e7\u00f5es dos clientes). A constru\u00e7\u00e3o de mecanismos para permitir o fluxo desta informa\u00e7\u00e3o dentro da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 crucial para o sucesso. Os l\u00edderes precisam de ter em conta estes insights na defini\u00e7\u00e3o de novas estrat\u00e9gias, produtos ou pol\u00edticas da empresa. Em muitas empresas isto ainda n\u00e3o est\u00e1 a acontecer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">APRENDIZAGEM #1: OS L\u00cdDERES DEVEM CRIAR MECANISMOS PARA ESCUTAR A VOZ DOS SEUS CLIENTES.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2.<\/strong><br>As empresas em r\u00e1pido crescimento, particularmente na \u00e1rea tecnol\u00f3gica, est\u00e3o a ter dificuldades em preparar os l\u00edderes de equipa para estarem prontos e eficazes. Os gestores inexperientes e\/ou com uma orienta\u00e7\u00e3o predominantemente t\u00e9cnica ficam assoberbados e stressados, transmitindo para a experi\u00eancia do cliente a desmotiva\u00e7\u00e3o e as falhas internas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">APRENDIZAGEM #2: A INTELIG\u00caNCIA EMOCIONAL PRECISA DE SER CULTIVADA NA EMPRESA, PARA O BEM DOS INDIV\u00cdDUOS, DAS EQUIPAS E, EM \u00daLTIMA AN\u00c1LISE, DOS CLIENTES.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3.<\/strong><br>Acrescentemos agora o trabalho \u00e0 dist\u00e2ncia \u00e0 equa\u00e7\u00e3o. Muitos indiv\u00edduos que trabalham remotamente sentem-se confusos e ansiosos. N\u00e3o t\u00eam a certeza sobre qu\u00e3o bem est\u00e3o a fazer o seu trabalho. Isto est\u00e1 a criar frustra\u00e7\u00e3o e preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o num grande n\u00famero de pessoas, amea\u00e7ando a produtividade, o empoderamento e o bem-estar geral.
