Como l\u00edder ou gestor, o que \u00e9 que decide fazer quando precisa de resolver problemas complexos? Pede a cada pessoa ou departamento para partilhar as suas ideias, opini\u00f5es, dados, n\u00fameros \u2026 e tenta chegar a um consenso.
