{"id":407,"date":"2021-02-25T20:05:00","date_gmt":"2021-02-25T20:05:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cdcconsultingpartners.com\/?p=407"},"modified":"2022-11-29T11:27:04","modified_gmt":"2022-11-29T11:27:04","slug":"what-you-can-change-to-succeed","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cdcconsultingpartners.com\/pt\/02\/25\/2021\/what-you-can-change-to-succeed\/","title":{"rendered":"O que pode mudar para melhor"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ao longo da minha carreira corporativa e dos meus anos de trabalho como consultora em dois continentes diferentes<a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/BsAI6FjK3wE\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">(veja este v\u00eddeo para saber mais),<\/a>tenho notado que o que faz a diferen\u00e7a entre empresas que prosperam e as que apenas sobrevivem \u00e9 a sua&nbsp;<strong>cultura e a efic\u00e1cia dos seus l\u00edderes.<\/strong>. &nbsp; &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No meu trabalho di\u00e1rio com CEOs, gestores e equipas de lideran\u00e7a, vejo pessoas respons\u00e1veis, inteligentes e atenciosas \u2013 provavelmente como voc\u00ea \u2013 querendo fazer o melhor pela sua empresa e pelos seus colaboradores. &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ent\u00e3o, por que temos tantos problemas no local de trabalho? Por que \u00e9 que tantos gestores e l\u00edderes de equipas sofrem com o stress e se sentem frustrados com o trabalho? Por que \u00e9 que nem todas as empresas crescem e alcan\u00e7am bons resultados financeiros? E o que tem a cultura a ver com isto? &nbsp; &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A cultura de uma empresa \u00e9 definida pela forma como as pessoas na organiza\u00e7\u00e3o, a todos os n\u00edveis, trabalham diariamente para alcan\u00e7ar resultados espec\u00edficos.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>CRIAR CONSCI\u00caNCIA<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Se \u00e9 gestor(a) numa organiza\u00e7\u00e3o, provavelmente tem pessoas subordinadas a si. Essas pessoas, estejam cientes disso ou n\u00e3o, est\u00e3o constantemente a tentar imitar os seus comportamentos e o seu processo de tomada de decis\u00e3o. Voc\u00ea est\u00e1 a definir a cultura da sua empresa nesse mesmo instante! &nbsp; &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Isto \u00e9 importante porque, por exemplo, se voc\u00ea se encontra sob muita press\u00e3o por um longo per\u00edodo de tempo,&nbsp;<strong>uma reac\u00e7\u00e3o natural \u00e9 queixar-se mais dos outros departamentos ou culpar um colega<\/strong>&nbsp;por impedi-lo(a) de alcan\u00e7ar objetivos importantes. Infelizmente, as suas equipas far\u00e3o exatamente o mesmo e, consequentemente, as equipas dos outros departamentos tamb\u00e9m. Gera-se um efeito cascata, est\u00e1 a ver? Sem querer, est\u00e1 a aumentar a disfun\u00e7\u00e3o dentro da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o e a contribuir para uma cultura de culpa, desconfian\u00e7a e impot\u00eancia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sabe quanto isto custa ao neg\u00f3cio em geral? O impacto \u00e9 a perda de lucro, perda de receita potencial e sa\u00edda de pessoas talentosas.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>COLOCAR EM PERSPECTIVA<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Outra coisa que vejo com frequ\u00eancia no local de trabalho \u00e9 as pessoas levarem demasiadas coisas para o lado pessoal. Se algu\u00e9m mostrar que discorda de si numa reuni\u00e3o na frente de todos,&nbsp;<strong>normalmente considera isso um ataque pessoal&nbsp;<\/strong>e a sua resposta vir\u00e1 dessa perspectiva. Isso cria fric\u00e7\u00e3o. Novamente, o efeito cascata! Novamente, est\u00e1 a aumentar a disfun\u00e7\u00e3o dentro da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o e a contribuir para uma cultura de competi\u00e7\u00e3o interna e hostilidade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mais uma vez, sabe quanto isso est\u00e1 a custar ao neg\u00f3cio como um todo? O impacto \u00e9 a perda de lucro, perda de receita potencial e sa\u00edda de pessoas talentosas.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A TRANSFORMA\u00c7\u00c3O DA CULTURA DEPENDE DE 2 FACTORES IMPORTANTES<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>A minha experi\u00eancia mostra-me que os factores que geram a disfun\u00e7\u00e3o dentro da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o, embora sejam claros para muitas pessoas, nem sempre s\u00e3o vis\u00edveis para algumas. Isto pode dispersar os esfor\u00e7os, fazendo com que a empresa demore mais tempo a produzir resultados efectivos.<br>&nbsp; &nbsp;<br>Para mudar os comportamentos negativos e substitu\u00ed-los por outros mais positivos e produtivos, precisamos de criar consci\u00eancia em toda a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o e promover a mudan\u00e7a.<br>&nbsp;<br>\u00c9 aqui que entra a gest\u00e3o da mudan\u00e7a \u2013 ajudando as pessoas a passar por essa mudan\u00e7a e a chegarem \u201cao outro lado\u201d de forma aberta, confiante e poderosa. &nbsp; &nbsp;<br>Embora muitas organiza\u00e7\u00f5es j\u00e1 estejam a tentar fazer as mudan\u00e7as nos seus neg\u00f3cios da forma mais harmoniosa poss\u00edvel,&nbsp;<strong>tenho duas preocupa\u00e7\u00f5es neste processo:<\/strong>1 \u2013 Compromisso dos l\u00edderes de topo e 2 \u2013 Saber exactamente o que fazer. &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<br>&nbsp; &nbsp;<br>Se os l\u00edderes de topo n\u00e3o perceberem claramente o impacto financeiro de ter uma cultura disfuncional, n\u00e3o far\u00e3o da gest\u00e3o da mudan\u00e7a uma prioridade e os programas e iniciativas em vigor podem vir a ser rapidamente esquecidos se uma nova crise ocorrer no neg\u00f3cio.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>COMO CRIAR UMA BOA CULTURA DE EMPRESA?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Antes de implementar programas e iniciativas de gest\u00e3o da mudan\u00e7a avalie a sua cultura, quantifique o impacto real da sua cultura actual e identifique o que est\u00e1 a causar a disfun\u00e7\u00e3o. A partir desse conhecimento, j\u00e1 pode definir iniciativas e programas que ser\u00e3o mais eficazes e gerar\u00e3o resultados reais. &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comece por fazer um diagn\u00f3stico da sua cultura actual, para ver o que est\u00e1 a fazer bem e o que precisa de mudar.
