By now you have opened your home to them via video call, and they have done the same. Use these difficult times to build a deeper trust with your people. Sharing a bit of who you are and what you care for is a first step to building that trust. People will only trust you if you trust them too.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Our tip:<\/strong><br>Be curious about your team members. Promote a weekly \u201cvirtual after-hours gathering\u201d where you don\u2019t talk about work but about how people are coping with spending so much time at home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can promote conversations about who you are as a team and why you do what you do \u2013 finding a common purpose together.
