So, how to positively influence your people?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Your words can give your people\u00a0the energy to follow you, they can make people\u00a0feel reassured\u00a0that their work still matters. Or, they can make your team feel pressured, anxious and stressed, unable to meet demands and keep up with expectations. Do your best to be\u00a0emotionally balanced before talking with your team, as you want to avoid\u00a0anxiety and stress, while encouraging a positive attitude and an optimistic outlook.\u00a0<\/em><strong>Our tip:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Take time alone with yourself. Before going to sleep,\u00a0list 15 things that you are grateful for from your day, and that includes the small stuff. like opening a tap and having clean water\u00a0or having friends\u00a0to talk to\u2026 This simple exercise will help you put things in perspective, improve your emotional state and do wonders for your energy!
